About the Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director – Business Development (India) to lead and drive our sales initiatives across the country. The person should be result oriented with deep passion for Luxury. The role involves building strong relationships with interior designers & architects focused on High end residential projects overseeing sales strategies, and converting leads into long-term partnerships along with high-end client profiles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury interior design industry, high-end products, and experience in engaging with HNIs and UHNIs.

Job Skills:

  1. Candidate should possess a strong network & relationship with Interior Designer doing high end residential projects.
  2. Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/ Interior Designers doing High End residential projects.
  3. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in Luxury, Art & Design Industry.
  4. An ability to develop new sales opportunities through networking, relationship building, collaborations.
  5. Experience in planning & executing High end events & Private Previews.

Major responsibilities-

  1. Planning & execution to achieve Annual revenue target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals in order to achieve quarterly & yearly revenue target yet maintaining Brand positioning.
  2. Drive end-to-end sales & maintain funnel, including lead generation, client presentations and deal closures.
  3. Actively prospect & generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
  4. Introduce, build and maintain strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, architects focused on High end residential projects.
  5. Extensively meeting pre-vetted end clients identified through internal screening to ensure a high probability of conversion.
  6. Engage Interior Designers & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, brand presentations & virtual tour/discussions for business development.
  7. Educate clients by providing comprehensive presentations tailored to client’s requirements in alignment with Brand’s ideology.
  8. Engage the potential clients by planning and executing exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours.
  9. Strategize for acquisition of UHNI/ HNI clients and maintaining exceptional relationship with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  11. Travel extensively every month across India to meet potential and existing clients, IDA’s etc.
  12. Other duties and special projects as and when required and requested by the management as per the need of the organisation in alignment with the role.

Education-

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication/ Interior Design/ Luxury or related fields.

Experience-

Minimum 8 – 10 Years.

Location-

This position is based in Jaipur, with frequent travel across India.
