About the position:

The Brand Manager for Trunks Company plays a crucial role in developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and engagement within the industry. This role is essential in contributing to the organization's overall brand success, market positioning, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is one who has an insightful understanding of the brand and can professionally handle HNI/UHNI Clients. The candidate should have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions, to successfully translate a brand’s strategy or story into marketing collateral and campaigns, the candidate needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams. Someone who can direct, oversee, and sign off on creative elements to ensure that materials adhere to set guidelines and are in line with the current Brand Identity strategy, can ensure that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential clients.

Job Skills:

  1. Previous experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
  2. Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  6. Creative thinker with a passion for luxury brands and lifestyle.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Major responsibilities-

Brand Strategy Development:

  1. Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Define the brand's positioning, target audience, messaging, and unique selling propositions.
  3. Define the communication development process.
  4. Ability to conceive a campaign and navigate various agencies to provide apt solution for the campaign.

Brand Identity Management:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and evolution of the brand's visual identity, including logo, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines.
  2. Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including client experience, advertising, and digital platforms.
  3. Define and refine the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
  4. Plan and execute exclusive events that showcase the brand and enhance its prestige.
  5. Coordinate & collaborate with the Market Research team to identify the consumer trends & needs . Support Brand Director with activities pertaining to brand building

Digital and Social Media Strategy:

  1. Develop and manage the brand’s digital presence, including website, social media, and online advertising.
  2. Create and curate engaging content that resonates with the luxury audience.
  3. Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase brand engagement and reach.

Client Acquisition:

  1. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for acquiring new clients and business accounts through Interior Designers, architect & clients, and site visits for bespoke acquisition.

Business Development & Front ending:

  1. Building relationships with prospective clients and taking all possible measures to ensure conversion.

Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Stay informed about market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity in the luxury sector.
  2. Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify  opportunities for growth and brand expansion in International Markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand execution across all channels.

Brand Performance Tracking:

  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
  2. Regularly analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Self-Starter:

  1. Ability to work on their own to deliver results – should not need constant supervision and handholding
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks/ various depts. Process orientation, operationally strong, team player.
  3. Comfort with decisions under pressure.

Education-

Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in Marketing & Communication from a reputed Institute

Experience-

10+ years in a luxury firm with proven experience in Strategic thinking, Brand development, Market research and Consumer insights, Budget management, Leadership and team management skills

Location-

This position is based in Jaipur, with occasional travel required.
